Hydraulic Pumps
Enterprises mainly produce through-axis and curved axial piston pumps, axial piston pumps are piston pumps in which the direction of reciprocating motion of the piston or plunger is parallel to the center axis of the cylinder. Axial piston pump is a swash plate axial piston pump that adopts oil distribution disk for oil distribution, cylinder rotation, and relies on variable head variable. The pump adopts the optimal oil film thickness design of hydrostatic balance, so that the cylinder body and oil distribution disk, the sliding shoe and the variable head are running under pure liquid friction, which has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, low noise, high efficiency, long service life and self-priming ability.
Axial piston pumps have a variety of variable situations to meet user requirements, it is widely used in machine tools, forging, metallurgy, engineering, mining, shipping and other machinery and other hydraulic transmission systems.
Hydraulic motor
Enterprise production of hydraulic motors have walking motor and rotary motor assembly, axial piston motor and axial piston pump in principle is reversible, so the structure of the axial piston motor is basically the same as the axial piston pump. However, in order to adapt to the hydraulic motor of the forward and reverse requirements, the structure of the flow distribution disk and the inlet and outlet of the oil flow channel size and shape are generally completely symmetrical. The main advantages of axial piston motor are compact structure, high power density, high working pressure, easy to realize the variable, variable mode rich, high efficiency, etc..
Reducer
Reducer, commonly known as tooth box, is an important power transmission equipment, the enterprise that produces walking reducer also produces slewing reducer, this product is widely used in a variety of need for low-speed, high-torque output of walking and slewing mechanism, especially in the field of construction machinery, mining machinery, port machinery and so on. According to different transmission requirements and structural characteristics, the reducer can be divided into two-stage planetary reduction, three-stage planetary reduction and duplex planetary reduction and so on. Swing bearing
Single-row ball type swing bearing is mainly composed of outer ring, inner ring, ball, isolation block and sealing belt, in which the ball and the four-point contact with the arc raceway can withstand radial load, axial load and tilting load at the same time, which is suitable for small and medium-sized engineering machines, such as small and medium-sized cranes and excavators. The company's existing slewing bearing production line can produce single-row ball type series swing bearings. Hydraulic infinitely variable transmission
The company produces hydraulic static transmission ZT-28L, ZT-42L, ZT-33L and other models of hydraulic infinitely variable transmission device consists of bidirectional variable piston pumps, manual quantitative motor, replenishment pumps, valve assemblies, oil filters and other components. The power unit drives the piston pump, realizing the conversion of mechanical energy to hydraulic energy; hydraulic energy passes through the piston motor, realizing the conversion of hydraulic energy to mechanical energy, thus providing torque for the executive element, the piston pump and the piston motor form a closed-circuit cycle with each other, and the other leakage oil is supplied by the make-up oil pump. The output shaft of the piston motor drives the walking device to realize the forward, stop and backward functions of the machinery. It is mainly applied to traveling equipment such as harvester, tractor, skid steer loader and so on.
